Cricket Betting Markets Guide
T20 World Cup, BPL, or IPL — understand these markets before placing your bets on any match.
| Market | Example |
|---|---|
| Match Winner | Bangladesh vs India — pick either team |
| Toss Winner | Predict who wins the toss — two options |
| Top Batsman | Which batter will score the most runs? |
| Total Runs Over/Under | Will the team's total runs be above or below a set line? |
| Runs in an Over | How many runs will be scored in a specific over? |
| Method of Dismissal | How will the next wicket fall — bowled, caught, or run out? |
| Player of the Match | Who will be named Man of the Match? |
In live in-play betting, odds change quickly when a wicket falls or a powerplay ends — make your decision at the right time.
Jackpot Games — A chance to win big
ap99 offers various types of jackpot games where every bet contributes to the jackpot pool.
Progressive Jackpot Slots
A small portion of every bet is added to the main jackpot pool. The pool keeps growing until a lucky player matches all the symbols and wins the entire pool.
Live Casino Side-Bet Jackpot
Place an extra side bet alongside the main game. The jackpot triggers when a specific combination of cards or outcomes occurs — you can win the side bet even if you lose the main game.
Crash Game Multiplier
In crash games like Aviator, the multiplier keeps rising. The longer you wait to cash out, the more you can win — but if you don't stop at the right time, you lose everything.
Fishing Game Jackpot
In JILI's Jackpot Fishing and Mega Fishing, catching a special large fish or boss fish triggers the jackpot. A higher bet amount increases your chances of winning the jackpot.

RTP and House Edge Explained
RTP, or Return to Player, is the percentage a game returns to players over the long term. For example, if a slot's RTP is 96%, on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered — the remaining ৳4 is the house edge. Keep in mind that this figure is an average across millions of rounds — results in a single session can be completely different.
The typical RTP range varies by game type. Slot games generally show an RTP of 92%–98%, blackjack around 99%, and roulette 94%–97%. Table games usually have a lower house edge than slots, and applying the right strategy can raise the RTP further.
The house edge is the casino's long-term advantage — it exists in every game. Knowing the RTP before choosing a game helps you make an informed decision. A higher RTP means the game returns more to players, but it is no guarantee of future results. Every spin or round is completely independent.
Volatility, or variance, is another important concept. High-volatility games pay out large wins less frequently but in greater amounts. Low-volatility games pay out smaller wins more frequently. Choosing a game with the right volatility for your budget and preference is the sensible approach.
Common Myths About Gambling and the Truth
Many misconceptions about online gaming are widely believed. Get the facts and play with awareness.
"The slot machine hasn't paid out in a long time, so it's bound to pay out now."
FactEvery spin is completely independent and random. There is no connection between a previous result and the next one — the machine does not remember any "overdue" payout.
"Placing a bigger bet will recover previous losses."
FactEvery bet starts fresh. A bigger bet does not guarantee recovery of previous losses; it can actually increase the amount you lose.
"Using a betting system (such as Martingale) guarantees profit."
FactNo betting system can eliminate the house edge. With a limited budget and table limits, any system will eventually fail.
"A game runs 'hot' or 'cold' — bet based on the streak."
FactAn RNG (Random Number Generator) produces each result independently. A "hot streak" or "cold streak" gives no indication of what the next result will be.
"Online casino games are controlled to determine wins and losses."
FactReliable platforms use certified RNGs that do not work in favour of or against any particular player. SSL encryption is used to ensure fair play.
"A skilled player always wins — it is a game of skill."
FactStrategy helps in some games like blackjack, but luck plays the primary role in most casino games. In the long run, the house always holds an advantage.
