- The information provided when making a deposit must match the information registered on the account
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
- Large deposits may be held until verified
- Suspicious transactions may be subject to investigation at any time
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Normal withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes
- The withdrawal account must match the deposit account
- Withdrawals will be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
ap99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳62,000
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus only: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered
- Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete
Bonus Claim Rules
- Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once
- The bonus may only be used on games designated by ap99
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
- If the bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
- Registering with false information
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system
- Any violation of the terms and conditions
